Throughout the course, you will learn to write your own scripts through an understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework. These additional programs provide you with all the scaffolding you will need to also develop your own programs.
Due to be released in 2021, as part of the High School teachers program. This science based journaling program is designed to foster a sense of global unity. Each week demonstrates one of 10 connections we all share. The program challenges the student to gain insight through self-awareness and self-evaluation. After exploring their own states of consciousness, students go on to discover a scientific understanding of the oneness through exploring sound, nature, energy, quantum physics and consciousness. In the final weeks of the course the student focuses on personal grow and their duty of care to the self, the group and the world, through developing ethical and moral codes of living.

This program introduces children to mindful eating through bringing insight and awareness to eating and eating habits. Children will learn that eating with mindfulness means to bring awareness to the smell, texture and taste of our food. Additionally, the program promotes the scientific knowledge behind eating well, to provide the opportunity for children to contemplate the cultivation of healthy eating. Each week the child develops their mindful eating practice through also bringing awareness to why, how and what they eat. This is explored through weekly challenges aimed to cultivate eating with mindfulness. Upon completion of the program the children will have a deeper understanding of their nutritional needs towards maintaining healthy mind and body development. Course Outline: This course is awesome and meant to be enlightening and enjoyable. It has been designed for parents that are wanting to learn mindfulness and share mindfulness with their children.
Each week contains both the theoretical and practical components of learning mindfulness and various forms of meditation. There is a quiz at the end of certain lectures to consolidate learning and students also need to complete practical assignments along the way.
Throughout the course you will learn how to incorporate mindful living into every day life. That is, the course is designed to maximize wellbeing through ways of living mindfully, rather than simply adding another thing to do to the list of things to do.
This program is designed for children aged 3 to 6 years of age. This program promotes environmental stewardship through discovering the world of bees. Additionally, the program includes engaging in the promotion of flourishing through 10 key focus words (used within both the centre’s program and in the wellbeing program for the home).What’s in the program? 10 weekly instructions for learning about bees through watching short recordings; discussions; games; crafts and more.
